 "Stay down," I said, and was somewhat dadsvstwinks surprised to see her drop back against the mat immediately. I dadsvstwinks think Meg was surprised too; her face took dadsvstwinks on a vaguely puzzled look.
 "Relax and let go," I dadsvstwinks said soothingly. "Don't fight it, just all let it happen. Let the trigger phrase take you swiftly, easily down into your deepest dadsvstwinks, most comfortable sleep."
